No unsolicited bulk email. Period.
Concrete Authority prohibits the promotion of concreteauthority.dev, getconcreteauthority.com, concreteauthoritysites.com, concreteauthoritywebsites.com, or any Concrete Authority service through unsolicited bulk email. This applies to every domain we own and every message sent on our behalf.
Any outreach we send is individual, business-to-business correspondence that identifies the sender, includes our physical mailing address, and honors opt-out requests immediately and permanently.
What every message from us includes.
- A real sender. Every message identifies Concrete Authority and a real, monitored reply address. We do not use false or misleading header information, and our subject lines describe the message.
- Our physical mailing address, in the message itself, as the CAN-SPAM Act requires.
- A working opt-out. Reply or use the provided mechanism and you are removed. Opt-outs are recorded on a permanent suppression list and honored across all of our domains, not just the one that emailed you.
- Business-to-business relevance. We write to businesses about their own business, one at a time. We do not buy bulk consumer lists, and we do not send bulk broadcast email to people who have not asked for it.
Nobody is authorized to spam for us.
Affiliates, partners, contractors, and any other third parties are not authorized to advertise Concrete Authority websites or services by unsolicited messages of any kind. If someone promotes us by spam, they are acting against this policy and without our permission, and we want to know about it.
See something? Tell us.
If you believe you received unsolicited email promoting a Concrete Authority domain or service, report it and include the full message headers if you can:
Reports are reviewed by the owner. If a sender violated this policy, their authorization (if any existed) is revoked and the address that reported it is suppressed from any future contact.
Dated and versioned.
We review this policy when our sending practices change and at least annually. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
