Which size fits me?
If you sell more than one service, multi-page. That is where we would start with most concrete contractors. Here is the whole ladder. One page if the business sells one thing well and you want the whole story on a single page. Multi-page if you pour driveways, patios, stamped, slabs, foundations and walkways and want a page for each, a working target of about 15 pages. Full footprint if you want the whole footprint covered, a working target of about 40 pages, plus priority support. We will tell you which one we would build on the call.
How does the monthly path work?
You pick your size and make 30 monthly payments. All 30 payments, and the website is yours: hosting included, nothing further required. Every one of those months covers hosting, security, released standard website updates, and support, so there is nothing else to buy along the way. Here is the arithmetic on the multi-page site: $149/mo × 30 months = $4,470 total, or $2,997 in one payment if you would rather own it outright today. Same on every size: the monthly times 30 is the whole cost. One page is $75/mo × 30 months = $2,250. Full footprint is $249/mo × 30 months = $7,470.
What happens if I stop paying before it is paid off?
The monthly path is a commitment on both sides. You commit to the 30 payments. We commit to building the site, hosting it, keeping it secure, handling your standard updates the whole way through, and handing the whole thing to you at the end. If something changes and you need to stop, tell us: the billing stops, and the site comes offline at the end of the month you have paid for. Those payments are not refunded, because they paid for the build and the service you had along the way. Miss a payment rather than cancel and you get a 30 day grace period with everything still running.
Do I really own it, on both paths?
Yes. Pay once and it is yours the day it goes live. On the monthly path it is yours the moment the last payment settles. Either way you keep your domain, your content, and your business data, and hosting stays included with ownership, with no further required payments. One thing we say plainly instead of hiding it: the site runs on our managed platform and is not portable to another host. You own the site and everything you brought to it, and it lives where we run it.
Can I move up a size later?
Yes. If you paid once, moving up costs the difference between the two prices, so you are never charged twice for the size you already bought. On the monthly path it depends on where you are in the term, so we scope it with you at the time rather than printing a rule we would have to bend.
What is the care plan, and do I need it?
You do not need it. Once the site is yours, hosting is included with ownership either way. The care plan is for owners who want the monthly work to keep going: $25, $49, or $82 a month by size, covering released standard website updates and support. 3 month minimum, then cancel any time. It is available once the site is yours, on either path.
What is Growth, and what does it not count toward?
$199 a month to keep expanding the site you own: new service-area pages, city pages, and content pages, on-page local SEO upkeep, and the structure search engines and AI assistants read. Subscription only, cancel any time, and it attaches to any size on either payment path. The pages we deliver become part of your site, but Growth buys delivered work, so it does not credit toward a size upgrade.
What do included updates cover, and when does the $149 batch apply?
Released standard website updates are included in monthly term months, in care plan months, and in settled paid subscription periods. If you paid once, they are included for 30 days from the first deployment to your live domain. Outside those windows a qualifying batch is $149, after we scope it and you approve the price in writing. Custom work is quoted separately, and anything we break we fix free for as long as we host you. We take one active request at a time, or one reasonably grouped batch.
Is there a discount?
No, and there is not going to be one. Every price on this page is the price. No negotiated rate, no seasonal sale, no better number for a friend of a friend. A company that discounts the moment you hesitate was overcharging you a minute earlier.
